Services
We were having a bedroom, wet room and conservatory built for my disabled son. We had several quotations for the works but D Wilson Builders was by far the most professional and the most reasonably priced. We cannot praise D Wilson Builders enough for the quality of the build and even the building inspector said that ‘it was finished to a very high standard’. Throughout the build, we were always informed of what was happening and any questions we had were answered immediately. All of the builders were so polite and did their best to minimise disruption throughout the build. Mr Wilson even sourced some specialist equipment for the wet room and even researched the best lay outs of the equipment for us. We were amazed at how smoothly the build went and how the stages of the build were managed. Several months after the build Mr Wilson returned to check that all was ok and when we had the inevitable settlement cracks, he sent round a painter the next day to sort them out. What more could you ask for. The end result has made such a difference to the life of my son and to us as a family. It has given him some independence and a bedroom which is totally practical and the envy of his friends. The conservatory is lovely and such a relaxing living space. We have already recommended D Wilson Builders to several of our family and friends and will definitely continue to do so.

Now the building work has been completed to our satisfaction, I thought it is time for me to write to share with you our experience relating to the building work you have carried out. You were very honest and extremely trustworthy. We agreed a fixed price contract with a small contingency to cater for variations to the plan. Although there were small variations (as these are mostly unavoidable in building works) you have not charged me for those variations. This shows your integrity and honesty. Even when I asked you to carry out some work outside the contract, you used your own sub-contractors but only charged me for the work at cost price; this is unheard of. Well, keep up the good work and make sure you take plenty of time-off to recharge your batteries. You are truly an amazing guy.
